Meet Sandy

With three decades of experience in the real estate industry and deep roots in San Francisco, Sandy Gandolfo offers Bay Area buyers and sellers a wealth of knowledge and local expertise. Her insight into the unique characteristics of the different cities and neighborhoods, from the weather to schools to transit options, has proven invaluable to her clients. Sandy recognizes that the buying and selling process can be a stressful and emotional one and is skilled at handling each client’s situation and working at their pace. Whether helping families upgrade to a new, larger house or assisting seniors with transitioning out of their current home, Sandy has a reputation for sensitivity, professionalism, and excellent customer care.

After graduating from St. Mary’s College with a bachelor’s degree in government, Sandy immediately entered the real estate field. She started as a leasing agent for one of San Francisco’s largest property owners, assisting corporate clients with relocation. She went on to become a property manager for the firm, where she oversaw renovations and gained invaluable insight into building maintenance, including plumbing and electrical systems. Sandy’s background allows her to confidently advise buyers on the health and condition of a property, and guide sellers on the nature of renovations, timelines, and projected costs.

Sandy is a proud native San Franciscan, Married for almost 30 years to another SF native Joey, and is the mother of 3 young adult children. Currently an empty nester,  Sandy serves on the board of the Salesian Boys and Girls Club and is an active volunteer and board member of her neighborhood association.. She also enjoys cooking and playing golf in her free time.
